Product Delivery Timing:
Products will be shipped within three business days after receiving the order. For credit card and convenience store online payments, shipment will occur after payment confirmation. For regular purchases, shipments will occur on the 10th of each month.
Returns and Exchanges:
If the product is defective, please contact us within seven days of product arrival and return the defective product by cash on delivery. We will immediately send a replacement product or issue a refund. For returns due to customer convenience, returns must be made within 10 days of product arrival, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Resale Prohibition:
Resale of products purchased from this shop is prohibited. Listing on auction or flea market sites is also prohibited. We cannot guarantee the quality of products purchased from sources other than this shop, including storage and transportation conditions.
